Solar Challenge Day #1

Today is day #1 of my solar cooking challenge.Landry checks the solar oven

Today I cooked the following items:

  • Chocolate chip cookies from Mark’s “No Fail” Solar Cookies recipe
  • Potatoes
  • Ground beef

Meals:

  • Breakfast: chicken, biscuits, and crust-less apple pie
  • Lunch: potatoes, chicken, and biscuits
  • Dinner: chicken, biscuits, and watermelon
